Who is the Consumer Action Committee (CAC)?

We regularly advocate for individuals with disabilities and often testify and give public comment at the State Capital and other events.

The members of the CAC are associated with Futures Explored Inc., a non-profit organization that was founded more than 50 years ago and provides community and employment training and integration services to adults with developmental disabilities 

    The CAC members are elected by their peers and are supported when they request assistance from Futures staff.

    The members of the CAC support one another by encouraging each other to be professional advocates for themselves and others.
